Why:
The CIA admitted that it had spied on the Senate Intelligence Committee's investigation into CIA use of torture. Senator Diane Feinstein has accused the CIA of attempting to intimidate Senate investigators and obstruct a forthcoming report on the use of torture, a report that will include redacted declassified documents.
