Why:
After many private lives became public following the hack of the spouse-cheating site Ashley Madison, disgraced reality TV star Josh Duggar admitted that he used the site, saying, in a statement: "I have been the biggest hypocrite ever." Duggar had worked for the conservative Family Research Council and said that he and his wife, saved their first kiss for their wedding day. Reports of child molestation caused the cancelation of 19 Kids and Counting, the reality show about his family.
Hypocrite means "a person who claims or pretends to have certain beliefs about what is right but who behaves in a way that disagrees with those beliefs." It comes from the Greek word that also had the meanings "actor on the stage" and "pretender."
