: an antiretroviral drug C23H23ClFNO5 that inhibits an enzyme necessary for viral replication and is typically administered orally in conjunction with ritonavir and a protease inhibitor in the treatment of HIV infection

Note: Elvitegravir is marketed under the trademark Vitekta. When used in combination with cobicistat, emtricitabine, and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate, it is marketed under the trademark Stribild.
