Where does thoak come from?

Thoak has been used since at least the early 2010s and appears to be an intentional misspelling or pronunciation spelling of throat.

How is thoak used?

At the moment, chiefly on social media as opposed to other print sources. Just as throat can refer to part of the neck, the passage through the neck to the stomach and lungs, and to the voice, so can—and does—thoak.
