: an immunosuppressive drug that is a genetically engineered monoclonal antibody administered by subcutaneous injection in the treatment of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis

Note: Ustekinumab acts by disrupting some interleukins involved in the immune response. It is marketed under the trademark Stelara.
