: a synthetic corticosteroid C27H30Cl2O6 that is used as a topical cream or ointment to treat inflammatory and pruritic dermatoses, as a nasal spray to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis, or as an inhalational aerosol or powder to treat asthma
