When:

Lookups spiked on May 1, 2012.

Why:

The five men arrested for plotting to blow up a bridge near Cleveland, Ohio, reportedly described themselves as anarchists.

They were working with an accomplice who was actually an FBI informant, and they believed that the fake explosives they'd planted at the base of the bridge were real.

Anarchist refers to a person who believes that government and laws are not necessary. It comes from a Greek word meaning "having no ruler."
