Biographical Note for VLEMINCKX' LOTION
Vleminckx, Jean–François (1800–1876), Belgian physician. Vleminckx practiced medicine in Brussels. He was the author of several papers on ophthalmia and one on whooping cough. His major concerns were public health care and the health of the army. He contributed to a number of medical journals and was coeditor of the Belgian Archives of Medicine.
