Biographical Note for VINEBERG PROCEDURE

Vineberg, Arthur Martin (1903–1988), Canadian surgeon. Vineberg served as director of cardiothoracic surgery at one Montreal hospital and as a consultant in cardiac surgery at several others. In 1945 he began research on the revascularization of the myocardium for the treatment of coronary insufficiency.
