Biographical Note for LUSCHKA'S GLAND

Luschka, Hubert von (1820–1875), German anatomist. Luschka was a professor of anatomy at Tübingen. From 1863 to 1869 he published a three-volume textbook of human anatomy, the second volume of which contains his description of Luschka's gland.
