Biographical Note for LEVIN TUBE
Levin, Abraham Louis (1880–1940), American physician. The author of numerous articles on gastroenterology, Levin introduced his nasal gastroduodenal tube in 1921. He was also the first to call attention to the function of the liver in reducing blood sugar.
