Biographical Note for KRAUSE'S CORPUSCLE

Krause, Wilhelm Johann Friedrich (1833–1910), German anatomist. A professor of anatomy at several German universities, Krause published a handbook of human anatomy and a treatise on end organs of motor nerves. Krause's corpuscle was described for the first time in 1860.
