    Instructions for Mozilla and Netscape:

    1. Open the Sidebar:

      A) Click on the small tab right below the Back button (Netscape only).

      -- or --

      B) Open the View menu, select Show/Hide, and then click on Sidebar.

    2. Click this link to install: Add Tab to Browser.
    3. A prompt will appear asking you to Add Tab to Sidebar. Click OK.
    4. A new tab labeled Merriam-Webster Search will appear below any previously installed Sidebar tabs. Click on this to open the tab.
    5. Choose a reference and enter a word in the search box. The results will display in the main browser window.
    Note: This Download is not compatible with Internet Explorer. To install a similar feature into Internet Explorer, see the Merriam-Webster Online Toolbar.
